Direct sales brands looking for independent sellers
People wishing to become independent sellers

Selldiers is not a party to contractual relationships between brands and sellers.

3. Registration

Registration is free. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person is allowed.

4. User Responsibilities

Sellers

Provide truthful information in your applications
Not use the platform for fraudulent purposes

Brands

Provide accurate information about your business and conditions
Respond to applications within a reasonable time
Not use candidate data for purposes other than recruitment

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content (text, images, logos, code) is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Selldiers strives to verify published information but cannot guarantee its accuracy. Selldiers cannot be held responsible for relationships between brands and sellers.

7. Changes to Terms

Selldiers reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of any substantial changes.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
